Core Barre

Based on classical ballet movements barre core combines flooring barre work to provide a strong lower body workout as well as developing and strengthening your core. Using a variety of exercises core barre is a great way to improve posture as well as building up strength in the upper body. Barre is a great class for all levels as exercises can be adapted easily and we work on developing our core strength in a steady and efficient way- plus we have great music and a lot of fun!
