Hatha Yoga For Beginners

Hatha Yoga helps to restore mind and body through asanas (postures, physical exercises), pranayama (controlled breathing), meditation and relaxation. Gentle, slow and great for beginners or those returning to Yoga, using breathing, postures and relaxation, to help bring balance to the body and allowing students to blossom in a safe environment. All students add their own flavour to a class allowing time to explore and increase self-awareness.
