I included Pilates into my fitness routine as a recommended from a friend to help my lower back ache and shoulder tightness. I was amazed how different I started to feel after about a month, I felt the best I had ever in terms in overall mobility and core strength. I was hooked. I am now a qualified Pilates teacher enjoying spreading the practice of Pilates to everyone helping their day to day activities and movement patterns what ever they maybe.
